Class Registration Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ON POINT CPR we understand that schedules can change. We strive to provide flexible options while maintaining the integrity of our class scheduling and instructor commitments. Please review our policy below regarding cancellations, transfers, and refunds.

Cancellations by Participants

  • Cancellations made [number] days or more before the scheduled class date are eligible for a full refund (minus any processing fees).

  • Cancellations made within [number] days of the class are eligible for a [percentage]% refund or may be rescheduled to a future class date, subject to availability.
