At Onpoint CPR, transparency and compliance are central to our mission. We are an independent training provider authorized to deliver American Heart Association (AHA) courses. Please review the following important disclosures regarding our classes, materials, and certification process.
AHA Affiliation
Onpoint CPR is an independent training center offering American Heart Association courses in accordance with AHA guidelines.
While we are authorized to teach and issue AHA certifications upon successful course completion, the American Heart Association does not own, operate, or specifically endorse this training center.
Course Materials
After registration and payment are completed through Onpoint CPR, students will be redirected to the American Heart Association (AHA) website to purchase any required course materials or online modules necessary for class participation and certification.
All course materials purchased directly from the AHA are non-refundable and managed solely by the AHA.
Certification Requirements
To receive an official AHA course completion card:
Participants must complete all course components, including in-person skills sessions and written or practical assessments.
Attendance for the full duration of class time is required.
Successful completion is determined by AHA training standards, not by Onpoint CPR discretion alone.
Refunds & Cancellations
All class registration, cancellation, and refund policies are detailed in our Terms & Conditions.
Please note that AHA course materials or eLearning components are non-refundable, even if a class is canceled or rescheduled.
Privacy & Data Use
Personal information collected during registration is used solely for course administration, certification processing, and communication related to your training.
We do not share or sell your data to third parties outside of the certification process.
Liability Notice
Participation in any hands-on CPR or first aid training involves physical activity. Students are responsible for notifying instructors of any physical limitations or health concerns prior to class participation. OnPoint CPR is not liable for injuries sustained due to failure to disclose such conditions.
