Disclosures
This document outlines important disclosures regarding the American Heart Association (AHA) courses offered by OnPoint CPR, including course materials, certification requirements, and related policies.
AHA Affiliation
OnPoint CPR is authorized to provide AHA courses and to issue AHA course completion cards to participants who satisfy all applicable requirements. The American Heart Association does not own, operate, or specifically endorse OnPoint CPR.
Course Materials
Participants may be required to purchase certain course materials or online learning modules directly through the AHA website. Any such purchases shall be subject solely to AHA pricing, terms, and refund policies.
Certification Requirements
To be eligible for an AHA course completion card, each participant must:
· Complete all required course components, including any skills sessions and written or practical evaluations.
· Attend the full scheduled class session.
· Satisfy all applicable AHA training standards.
Refunds and Cancellations
Registration, cancellation, and refund policies applicable to classes offered by OnPoint CPR are set forth in our Terms and Conditions. Purchases of AHA course materials and eLearning components shall remain subject to the AHA refund policy.
Privacy and Data Use
Personal information collected in connection with registration shall be used solely for course administration, certification processing, and communications related to the participant’s training. OnPoint CPR does not sell personal information and shall not disclose such information to third parties except as necessary to complete the certification process or as otherwise required by applicable law.
Liability Notice
Hands-on CPR and first aid training involve physical activity. Participants are responsible for disclosing any physical limitations, injuries, or health conditions before class begins, and OnPoint CPR shall not be responsible for injuries arising from a participant’s failure to provide such disclosure.
